What we do in The Kid Creative Term classes ?
Each term we explore a medium and look to the work of contemporary artists to encourage artist response works from the students. Students learn about varying art materials, exploring and experimenting with ways of applying these to the works they are creating.
Students are encouraged to create works that draw from the inspiration and the investigation of the world that surrounds them, whether through nature, science, social or topical events. (all the images above have been created by students in the classes).
Our school term art lessons currently cater for school age groups, Year 1 through to Year 6.
(There is a maximum of 7 students per class so bookings are essential)
Cost $400 per student for an 8 week term. Due to the small size of classes sibling discounts can not be offered.
Classes are held at my home art studio in Manly Vale, next to Manly Vale Public School and within short walking distance to Manly Dam.
